What We Expect

Our standard is simple:

Minimum: 1 closing per month
Goal: 2+ closings per month consistently

We track activity, not just results.

You will be expected to:

  • Generate leads daily
  • Follow up consistently
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Commit to improving your skills

This is a performance-driven environment.

Compensation Overview

  • 70/30 split (sphere + pay at close leads)
  • 50/50 on paid lead sources
  • $15,000 cap
  • $100/month team fee
  • $500 transaction fee (includes full TC support)
